Here’s a round-up of  this week’s training events in the Boots Library.  Please sign up if you’re interested in attending.  These sessions are free, and the student events are now accredited by the Student Union’s STRIDE programme.

Students

  • Trend Prediction Services.  Tuesday 22nd March, 12-1; Wednesday 23rd March, 2-3.  Do you need to know about new and upcoming trends in terms of fashion, graphics, decorative arts and interiors? Find out about the various trend prediction services NTU has available.

Staff

  • Web of Knowledge and Citation Analysis.  Wednesday 23rd March, 3-4. A practical workshop using Web of Knowledge’s bibliographic functions, demonstrating the Journal Citation Reports and examining impact factors.
